On 25th of February, 2025, the Consortium for Development Policy Research (CDPR) and the International Growth Centre (IGC) in collaboration with the World Bank, Urban Unit – Government of Punjab and the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) hosted a closed-door workshop on Agenda Setting – Cities and Climate Change at the Institute of Business Administration, City Campus, Karachi.

The focus of this workshop was to explore the nexus between climate change and cities and to form a consensus on practical solutions to challenges this presents, with a focus on heat islands, air pollution and urban flooding.
