Yasir Khan

Yasir Khan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics at the University of Pittsburgh, and also affiliated with the Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), IZA- Institute of Labor , Center for Governance and Markets, and Mahbub ul Haq Research Center. Dr. Khan is also a graduate fellow at Center for Economic Research Pakistan (CERP) and was previously a Country Economist at the International Growth Center’s Pakistan programme, and has worked extensively with development agencies in Pakistan.

His Ph.D. is from the University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and has a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University and Masters in Public Policy from LKY SPP National University of Singapore.
